1. No Installation Services

EB Electronics LLC does not currently provide installation services.

We specialize in retail sales, wholesale distribution, product support, custom speaker cabinets, and car audio products. Any installation, wiring, mounting, fabrication, tuning, or vehicle modification must be handled by the customer or by a qualified professional installer.

EB Electronics LLC is not responsible for damage, injury, malfunction, electrical issues, vehicle issues, product failure, or performance problems caused by improper installation, misuse, incorrect wiring, overloading, modification, or use outside of the product’s intended purpose.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, photos, dimensions, compatibility information, pricing, and availability. However, product information may contain errors, omissions, or updates.

Product images may be for reference only. Colors, materials, finishes, packaging, logos, dimensions, and product appearance may vary slightly due to manufacturing changes, lighting, screen settings, custom options, or supplier updates.

All measurements are approximate unless otherwise stated.

3. Custom Speaker Cabinets and Custom Products

Some products sold by EB Electronics LLC may be custom-built, made-to-order, or configured based on customer-selected options. This may include, but is not limited to:

Speaker cabinets

Speaker racks

Enclosures

LED cabinets

Face style options

Color options

Custom-fit or specialty products

Customers are responsible for reviewing the listing, product description, photos, measurements, and options before purchasing.

If a product requires the customer to select a face style, color, logo option, or other customization, the customer must provide the required information after purchase or before production begins. Orders may be delayed if required customization details are not received.

Custom-built or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production has started, unless the item is defective or there was an error caused by EB Electronics LLC.

4. Product Compatibility

Many car audio products are universal or semi-universal and may require professional knowledge, proper wiring, correct mounting, correct amplifier matching, proper electrical support, tuning, or vehicle-specific modifications.

Compatibility is not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing. Customers are responsible for verifying that any product purchased will work for their intended vehicle, system, amplifier, speaker setup, electrical system, or application.

5. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. EB Electronics LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

Product availability

Pricing errors

Suspected fraud

Incorrect product information

Shipping limitations

Payment issues

Incomplete customization details

Orders that appear unsafe, improper, or incompatible with intended use

Payment must be completed before an order is processed, shipped, or released for pickup.

6. Pricing and Availability

Prices are subject to change without notice. Product availability may change at any time due to supplier inventory, manufacturing delays, limited stock, discontinued products, or high demand.

White, black, specialty colors, custom cabinet options, and certain product variations may be available in limited quantities.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update product details, cancel orders affected by errors, or contact the customer with available options.

7. Electrical and Car Audio Safety

Car audio systems can require high current, proper wiring, correct fusing, correct grounding, proper battery support, and professional installation knowledge.

Customers are responsible for safe use and proper installation of all products. EB Electronics LLC is not responsible for damage or injury caused by unsafe wiring, undersized wire, missing fuses, poor grounds, incorrect impedance, amplifier misuse, battery misuse, improper charging systems, or unsafe installation practices.

Professional installation is strongly recommended for car audio systems.

8. LED Products and Lighting Modules

Some speaker cabinets or accessories may include LED components, LED modules, lighting controllers, app-controlled modules, or related lighting features.

LED colors, brightness, app compatibility, modes, and appearance may vary depending on device, installation, power source, wiring, app version, and manufacturer updates.

Customers are responsible for installing and powering LED products correctly. EB Electronics LLC is not responsible for LED malfunction caused by improper wiring, incorrect voltage, water damage, physical damage, modification, or misuse.

9. Wholesale and Dealer Sales

Wholesale pricing, bulk orders, dealer arrangements, and distributor pricing may be available at EB Electronics LLC’s discretion.

Wholesale and dealer orders may be subject to separate terms, minimum order quantities, payment terms, shipping terms, return restrictions, and approval requirements.

EB Electronics LLC reserves the right to approve, deny, or discontinue wholesale or dealer pricing at any time.

10. Website Use

Customers agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, copy protected content, interfere with website operation, submit false information, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the website at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, business branding, logos, product photos, graphics, text, layouts, and other materials are owned by EB Electronics LLC or used with permission unless otherwise stated.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, EB Electronics LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to vehicle damage, audio system damage, lost profits, lost time, installation costs, tuning costs, electrical damage, or loss of use.

Our liability for any claim related to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

14. Customer Responsibility

By purchasing from EB Electronics LLC, the customer agrees that they are responsible for:

Confirming product compatibility

Providing accurate order information

Providing customization choices when required

Inspecting products upon delivery

Using proper installation methods

Following manufacturer instructions

Using products safely and legally

15. Changes to These Terms

EB Electronics LLC may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or purchase of our products after updates means you accept the revised terms.
